Camper Craft Shipping Policy

Camper Craft will charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100 and free shipping on orders over $100.

Remote Locations. Please note postage to the following areas are likely to incur additional  charges (even where free postage is part of the listing price) please  contact us prior to making the purchase if you live in any of the  following areas: 

  • WA (Outside of Perth);
  • Tasmania
  • Far North QLD;
  • Northern Territory;

Handling time 

Camper Craft aims to have all products shipped within two business days of receiving the confirmation of the order payment.

Carriers

Depending on the geographical location the items will be shipped to will typically determine the  courier used to deliver the goods. Camper Craft generally use the services of Australia Post, Couriers Please or Star Track Express.

Order Tracking

Camper Craft are currently trialing a system that automatically provides tracking numbers and shipping confirmation to customers via the supplied email address during the order. If you do not receive this email confirmation with tracking details then please contact us to let us know. This will assist Camper Craft with fine tuning our operations.

Delivery Estimates

Most items are delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date the order was placed. However, please allow 7 business days for your order to arrive. If your items have not arrived within 7 business days, please feel free to call us on 02 4322 7444 so we can look into it for you.

Back Orders

In the event that the items you ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery date. If this date does not suit your circumstances we are happy to offer a full refund.

Camper Craft Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted  for faulty and 'not as described' items within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise  agreed with Camper Craft.

Return & Exchange Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
